Adam Sandler
Adam Sandler was born on September 9th, 1966 in Brooklyn, New York. In school, Adam was never a great student, but played on the basketball team, and the wrestling team. As a teenager, Adam and his friends tried to put together several rock bands, which became his inspiration for his character in the movie Airheads. Once in college, Adam began writing material for stand-up comedy and attending as many open mic nights as possible. Adam’s big break came when he began auditioning for television parts and landed a small role on the Cosby Show as Theo’s friend, Smitty. In 1991, Adam Sandler was hired as a writer for Saturday Night Live, and was soon added as a cast member which lasted for 5 years. Adam had several small roles in movies, but his first major role came in 1995 with the release of Billy Madison. From there, Adam’s career escalated, earning several awards throughout his career. Currently, Adam Sandler is filming Don’t Mess with the Zohan with SNL castmate, Rob Schneider.
Adam Sandler is pretty cool. I think he is a great actor and incredibly funny! My son loves watching his movies especially Big Daddy.
