Cameron Diaz was born on August 30th, 1972 in San Diego, CA. Cameron is the daughter of a second generation Cuban-American father and a German/English mother. She attended school at Long Beach PolyTech high school, which includes alumni John Wayne and Snoop Dog. Cameron Diaz began modeling at the age of 16, after landing a contract with the Elite modeling agency. After graduating in 1990, Cameron moved to Japan to begin a lucrative modeling career. In 1994, Cameron Diaz landed her first movie role in the movie, The Mask, opposite Jim Carrey. Since then, Cameron has become one of Hollywood’s biggest stars. She has starred in such movies as Charlie’s Angels, and Something About Mary; as well as lending her vocal talents to the hit movie, Shrek. Currently, Cameron Diaz is working on a new comedic movie with Ashton Kutcher, called What Happens In Vegas…due out next year.
