Kiefer Sutherland was born December 21, 1966 and is the son of actor Donald Sutherland. Kiefer Sutherland received his first acting credit in 1983 in the movie Max Dugan Returns, which also starred his famous father. Kiefer went on to work bit parts in several more movies, and in 1987 landed the role that would make him a star in the movie The Lost Boys. The following year, he starred with friends Charlie Sheen and Emilio Estevez in the movie Young Guns. It was this role that shot Kiefer to stardom. Throughout the 80’s and 90’s, Kiefer Sutherland acted mainly in movies, but in 2001, Kiefer moved to the small screen as Jack Bauer in the hit show, 24. Kiefer Sutherland has been married twice and has one daughter and one step-daughter who recently made Kiefer a grandfather. Kiefer is also the voice of several animated shows, and commercials, and has even done commercials for a few Japanese products.
