Matthew McConaughey was born on November 4, 1969 in Uvalde TX. Matthew graduated high school in 1988 and was voted most handsome boy in school. He also spent some time in Australia as an exchange student and attended the University of Texas in Austin. He began his acting career in 1991 doing commercials in Texas, but received his first real movie role in 1993 with the movie Dazed and Confused. He continued to act off and on for a few more years, but in 1996 he finally received the role that would make him a star with the film, A Time To Kill. Matthew McConaughey has been associated with some of the most beautiful women in Hollywood, but was seen most often with gal pal Sandra Bullock. Matthew has also proven that he can act in both drama and comedic films, and is currently working on several films including Fool’s Gold opposite actress Kate Hudson.
